Time for a fresh start

Ropata Health came to us by referral — always a good sign. They were in the middle of an exciting chapter: a brand new physical premises, a fresh start, and a real opportunity to rethink how they showed up online.

Their existing website was dated and overdue for a rethink. But more than just a new coat of paint, they wanted a digital presence that truly reflected who they were — and more importantly, what they wanted their patients to feel. They needed a site that was easy to navigate, clear in its messaging, and welcoming to the wide range of patients walking through their doors every day.

The challenge was to take all of that ambition and turn it into a website that worked as hard as their team does.

Solution

Starting with people, not pixels

We started where we always do — with people. Using the Customer Experience Deck, we ran workshops with both the Ropata Health team and their patients to get under the skin of what the website really needed to do. That insight shaped everything.

From there, we refreshed their brand — refining the logo, building out a colour palette of warm greens and blues, and selecting typography that felt both professional and approachable. We directed a photography shoot for staff profiles and location imagery, pulling it together with carefully chosen stock photography.

Result

A digital home worth visiting

A clean, modern website with a warm, welcoming feel that still carries real professional weight. Navigation was completely restructured so patients can find what they need quickly and easily. It launched alongside their new building — a digital home that finally matched the physical one.
